We are located at 5735 75th St, Kenosha. Right off of hwy 50 in the Prairie Plaza. We are INSIDE of Elevate Lash Studio. 

The fastest way to book is online, either through my website or booking site www.moonrisemassageandwellness.as.me

The best way to contact me is via text message or email. Being a solo LMT with no receptionist it is hard for me to get to the phone during business hours, but I will return any phone calls as fast as I can. 

I understand that life happens, if you have to cancel an appointment, please respect my time by notifying me as quickly as possible. 

Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule. Last minute cancellations will result in 50% service fee. No Call/No Shows will result in 100% cancellation fee. 

Moonrise Massage and Wellness does not offer refunds or item returns and all sales are final. 

If a prepaid service is cancelled, the total paid will remain as store credit and does not expire, or can be transferred to another client. 

Monthly subscriptions and massage packages can be purchased. Upon purchase, you will recieve an email with a redemption code. 

When booking, you will want to choose the 'Redeem Coupon or Package' option at the top of the list. Or, you can book the service as is and provide the code at checkout after the service. 

Packages/Series are buy 5 get the 6th free. They must be booked as an Integrative massage, but are valid for any massage service of the same length. Just put in the notes which service you would like. 

Monthly subscriptions are valid for any service of the chosen length (60 or 90 mins) and can be booked as such. Monthly subscriptions also include one free add-on of choice. Each session must be used within the month and do not rollover.
